When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you use JobPencil, we store the content you create — estimates, line items, clients, materials, and profile details such as your business name — so we can provide the service. If you contact us, we keep your message and email so we can respond.

How we use information

We use your information to operate JobPencil: authenticating you, saving and displaying your estimates, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising and cookies

JobPencil displays advertising on the free plan, served by third-party vendors including Google. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at https://adssettings.google.com.

Data storage

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel), which maintain their own security and compliance programs. Estimates you save remain available until you delete them or your account.

Your choices

You can use the estimate builder without an account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the contact page.
